1. About us. This website (veltoco.com) is operated by Ortevia Group Ltd, trading as Velto (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17301253), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and pricing. We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices before you order. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown.

3. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment taken.

4. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

5. Product use and safety. Our products are intended for general wellness and relaxation use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

7. Acceptable use. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example through fraud, attempting unauthorised access, or infringing our intellectual property.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site (text, images, logos and branding) is owned by or licensed to Ortevia Group Ltd and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability. The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
