Shipping policy
At Velto, we want your order to reach you quickly and with no surprises. This policy explains how and when we ship.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no additional delivery charges.
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are processed the next business day.
Delivery time. Once dispatched, UK orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days by a trusted carrier such as Royal Mail or Evri. In total, most orders arrive within 6–11 business days of purchase.
Order tracking. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page.
Delays. Occasionally delivery may take a little longer — for example around public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please email support@veltoco.com and we will help straight away.
Missing or lost parcels. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, or it appears lost in transit, email support@veltoco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
